Most of the movie is in New Orleans with a part-time P.I. going for a cooking contest. There they find clues to an effort to steal USA military secrets for the enemy. There are a few clever things about the movie but overall it is NOT a worthwhile viewing. Lots of dirty talk and lots of killing.
