May 1, 2021 · CS:GO’s arcade or console version called Counter-Strike:GO which was released in 2012 can still be played on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. While the game can be directly played on ‘360’, in order to play it on the ‘One’ you have to do it via backwards compatibility, which is honestly quite easy.
Unfortunately, I managed to get it before it was removed from stores. I couldn't get it from Xbox 360 Marketplace but managed to find it in Microsoft Store. Nowadays, I think the only way to get the game is to buy the disk version. If you can't get the disk, I think the "demo_viewer" beta in Steam is the same version

Starting February 7th a lot of digital-only Xbox 360 games will be removed from the store and won't be available after that. CSGO is one of them. It's still backwards compatible with the Xbox One or Xbox Series S/X but you won't be able to buy it anymore.
