Super essentially remakes Battle of gods and revival of F in the first two big arcs (a filler in between). I would deff suggest watching BOTG because it has own of my fav Goku moments but keep in mind you’ll watch it twice.
It's hard to say which one I prefer over-all, but I think Battle of Gods wins for now. I liked some of the character interactions in Super better, and I really like how Beerus is even more menacing in Super, but the lackluster animation and slower pacing sometimes make it less enjoyable to watch in comparison.
