5 days ago · With all due respect, Arcadia is a scam. In regards to community solar, they advertise 5 to 10% off of your utility bill when in reality it is only 5 to 10% of the credits generated by your solar farm. They keep the other 90-95%. This equates to about 1% off of your electric bill.
Such a scam, they promise you savings but keep charging you extra $100-$200 deceiving customers that it’s like getting a gift card at the store WHAT A CRAP. My advice from FORMER SALES AGENT don’t ever sign up.
Needless to say, I contacted whatever company he represented by email (they’re called “Arcadia” apparently) and immediately asked for my account to be cancelled. I planned to call in the morning. Is there anything else I can do to prevent any damage? If it helps I live in NY.
Arcadia Community Solar. A young man approached me from the sidewalk with an ipad in hand. He didn't have a car and appeared to be on foot. He said he is going door to door to make sure everyone in the neighborhood is getting a credit for using solar power from the local solar farm.

7 reviews. GB. 22 Jun 2021. Appalling customer service. I have been trying to get my refund from dorothy perkins for more that 12 weeks. Promises of refunds. They even refunded me via PayPal but within minutes cancelled transaction. Customer service is non ex6, they cant even follow email s.
