The Agent Carter TV series is supposed to lead up to the Marvel One-Shot. I wouldn't necessarily call the Marvel One-Shot setting itself in 1946 an oversight, but obviously with the way the show plays out, beginning in 1946 and ending in 1947, without her taking on her duties as a S.H.I.E.L.D. founder with Howard and Dugan yet, the Marvel One-Shot has to be set later than initially intended.
