So I passed AUD, and am currently studying for FAR. I think they’re both difficult in their own way (I know, captain obvious over here lmao). But if I had to say one was easier, I’d say AUD only because there’s less calculations and less overall material you have to worry about.
I did the AICPA practice exam 2 days before the exam. AICPA practice sims were the only ones I had practiced, and they were good prep. When I took the first exam, I tried my hardest.
The lectures are rather short, there’s essentially no notes to write down, and the MCQ are easy to rapidly cover. More on this later. So, I started studying A1 (AUD Chapter 1) on Monday, February 01. I wrapped up A6 (FAR Chapter 6) on Friday, March 12. I took practice exam #1 on Saturday, March 13.
