The general consensus is that Season 1 is the "worst" season. With that being said it's by no means awful, it's still a solid season but most folk enjoy the direction the show takes from S2 onwards. Jun 10, 2017 · Overall, Season 3 doesn’t quite hit as hard as last year but is still a decent showing nonetheless. The stakes are raised and the improved focus on the main story helps to drive it forward without being sidetracked by complicated subplots.
This show was so good. The first season is an amazing retelling of the movie and continuation beyond its original scope, and you can tell starting in season 2 they mapped out the time travel all the way to the end. The pay offs are so worth it, and it's chronology is pretty close to perfect.
