May 2, 2024 · The Rescuers Down Under had to follow one of the better movies in the entire Disney catalog, but the reality is that The Rescuers Down Under would probably lose to almost any other film in its decade (and most before and since, too). While it’s not bad, a lackluster plot structure inhibits its stronger qualities from shining.
