Sep 27, 2024 · If you're experiencing issues with your launcher when you try and run a game from Steam please try the following solutions: Make sure steam.exe and the game's .exe file are on the allowed list for both Windows Defender-Ransomware and your antivirus program.
May 3, 2024 · Solution 1. The easiest way to do this is when the launcher is open check the top right corner with the bell. Solution 2. You can also download the launcher from the Paradox website here: https://www.paradoxinteractive.com/our-games/launcher. If neither of these work please submit a bug report HERE.
I've tried all the methods that come out of the search, but I can't install it. I'll attach the log file and the capture of the installation failure. Please tell me how to fix it. Attachments. launcher-dowser.log.
Download the Paradox launcher from Paradox's site and run as administrator; Validate game files in Steam; Run Steam as administrator and try to start the games from there. If you guys need any more info on the system or any logs, let me know. Thanks!

The only fix I've found is to go into whatever drive ur games are stored on, search Paradox, choose the folder titled "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Programs" and once you enter that folder, delete the "launcher-v2.2020.17" folder.
