Feb 7, 2022 · Before students apply to change their programmes, Colleges and Subjects, they are encouraged to seek advice on the cut-off point(s) for programmes, requirements for specific subjects and possible subject combinations.
Change of Subjects. Students in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Natural Sciences or the College of Education and External Studies may wish to change their subjects. Change of Subject will be done online on payment of Shs.6,000/= to banks used by Uganda Revenue Authority.
They should also be informed of compulsory subjects i.e. at UCE 112 English Language, 456 Mathematics, 535 Physics, 545 Chemistry and 553 Biology; and at UACE, S101 General Paper. Special attention must be given to optional subjects and subjects with optional papers.
The 3-digit Numerical Code for each subject combination should be written in the space provided e.g. 001 for POS, SOA, SOC. There is provision for three subject combinations.
Change of Subjects. Students in the Faculties of Arts, Education and Science who may wish to change their subject combinations shall complete Change of Subjects Forms within the first two weeks of the semester and return them to Admissions Office, Room 3.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGE OF PARTICULARS. All Applicants must follow the following steps: Pick/download and fill the NIRA Notification of change/correction of error (Form 1) attached. Attach a copy of the National ID. Present the original National ID to the Registration Officer (To be surrendered at the time of picking the card)
