Nan, generally referred to as Old Nan, is a servant woman at Winterfell. In the television adaptation Game of Thrones, Nan is portrayed by Margaret John, and in a Season 6 flashback by Annette Tierney.
In A Song of Ice and Fire novels, Old Nan is the oldest person living at Winterfell. She came to Winterfell to act as wetnurse for a Brandon Stark whose mother had died birthing him. This Brandon Stark is believed to be either the brother of Lord Rickard Stark or a brother of his father.
If Old Nan was 14 in 225 AC, then she'd be in her late 80s now. Because these are all "recent as possible" figures to get the minimum age for old Nan, she's very likely at least a few years older. The best thing for estimating an upper age limit for Nan is her sons' time and cause of death. According to Bran.
Old Nan is the oldest person living in Winterfell. She first came to the castle to nurse a Brandon Stark, who's mother had died during birthing him. Both of Nan's sons died during Robert's Rebellion, and her grandson died on the walls of Pyke, during the Greyjoy Rebellion.
Meaning that Old Nan herself was born no later than 207 AC, which means that she was no younger than 90 years old when the books start, in 297 AC. Of course, it's possible that she's older than that.
