Tl;dr: Leaf Village is about 60-70 years old. ~80 during Naruto, ~100 during Boruto. Well it was founded by Hashirama so it’d have to be around 100-150 years old. Nah Konoha is a little bit older than Tsunade. Konoha is said to have a long history and is one of the strongest villages.
