There would be very few schools in New Zealand that could boast only four principals in sixty years of operation. Our current principal, Mr Vaughan Couillault, has returned to Papatoetoe High School as Principal, previously attending as a Student, Teacher and Associate Principal.
Papatoetoe High School is a co-educational school catering for students in Years 9 to 13. Sixteen percent of students are Māori and 28 percent have Pacific heritages. Indian students comprise 37 percent of the roll.
