Nov 17, 2021 · The Viterbi Admission and Student Engagement (VASE) Office supports our veteran, active duty and military connected students. Our work is led by the 8 keys in supporting veterans as they pursue their education and employment goals.
Each year, an average of 350 USC students receive Yellow Ribbon support, 800 are enrolled using VA benefits, and 200 are students participating in one of the three ROTC branches offered at USC.
USC received 82,027 applications for academic year 2024-2025. The total number of admitted students was 8,050, with 3,489 of the admitted students matriculating. The middle 50-percent average GPA (unweighted) was 3.77-4.00. Over 22% of the incoming class are first-generation college students.
