Guns N' Roses is an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 1985, the group originally consisted of vocalist Axl Rose, lead guitarist Tracii Guns, rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin, bassist Ole Beich and drummer Rob Gardner.
Izzy Stradlin, born Jeffrey Dean Isbell on April 8, 1962, in Lafayette, Indiana, is best known as the rhythm guitarist for Guns N’ Roses. Stradlin was one of the co-founders and was instrumental in the creation of many of the band’s biggest hits.

By the end of 1998, a new version of Guns N' Roses had emerged: Rose on lead vocals, Stinson on bass, Freese on drums, Finck on lead guitar, Tobias on rhythm guitar, Reed on keyboards, and multi-instrumentalist Chris Pitman.
