Rules are if A bids 14:55 and B bids 14:59 then A wins the bid and has 2 choices: (1)play as black with 14:55 while B is white with 15:00, or (2)play as white with 15:00 while B is black with 14:59. You never see it because the bid winner usually chooses black, option 1
