  2. Automatic reply to contact form says will get response within 28 days, but nothing. Such a shame that I am having to keep trying to get a response. Customer service was great when we were booking, but they don't want to know when things go wrong!

Apr 28, 2020 · I phoned the bank yesterday morning, they checked the website statement, asked that I forward all emails over the booking to their S75 department, and said a refund could take up to 8 weeks. Very straightforward, although if the payment wasn’t by credit card it might not be so straightforward.

  4. Jun 25, 2024 · We eventually got dropped off at out designated stop where we were supposed to be met by a taxi booked by shearings but there was no cab. The driver made a call and said taxi would be with us at 2230. a wait of 45 mins. We are in our 70’s it was a freezing night and we were surrounded by drunks.

  6. Jun 2, 2020 · I spoke with my bank who took my details Lloyds debit card and advised I had to wait 45 days for a response. The 45 days are now past and have tried emailing them without a response. Can anyone advise if having the same run around as I'm having?
