The Plan is based on our Corporate Plan 2020-23 and reflects our overall ambitions and priorities for the year ahead. The employer contribution consists of 0.8% of pensionable salary to cover the cost of centrally-provided risk benefit cover (death in service and ill health retirement) plus an age related contribution ranging from 11.5% to 24.5%. Members of a partnership pension scheme can select their own pension contribution rate.

Every registered charity in Scotland must send OSCR a set of accounts, a trustees’ annual report and an external scrutiny report on an annual basis. Charities do this by completing an online annual return using OSCR Online. OSCR Online was upgraded on 25 July 2022.
