On top of that, the company never provides a complete sales history or ownership, so you never know where these watches come from. Mar 4, 2022 · Watchfinder were very responsive, but it would have been good to have received an automatic update regarding when the watch was shipped / receiving an ETA rather than having to reach out to staff. I would suggest implementing such a system as an improvement.

Watch finder made it so simple from… Watch finder made it so simple from start to finish. The service was great and Ed Brown at WF was really helpful and got the watch to me the next day!! not good customer service. Bought an omega seamaster 300 divers watch from Watchfinder which was just a few months old . The watch started gaining roughly one minute a month so I returned it for them to hopefully sort it , watch was returned after two weeks but no different so I again contacted Watchfinder only to be told that the gain of one minute every month is within the acceptable limit ...
