Boosted Gear can double anything, no literally anything, the only limite is the user's body and imagination. Normally when Issei uses it he doubles his physical stats and magical reserves. Overall he boosts his strength all around.
Even more so than Issei since the boosted gear isn’t a weapon and comes with the default ability of boosting the user’s power while TL actually needs to hit an opponent which the user needs to be physically capable enough to do so.
