Casper is an online, open-response situational judgment test (SJT). It asks what you would do in a tough situation, and more importantly, why. This helps determine behavioral tendencies of applicants pursuing people-centered professions.
- Familiarize Yourself With the Format. Casper is different from any other test you’ve taken in the past. Casper has a unique format that was recently updated to include a mandatory video component.
- Review Practice Passages. Practice for Casper with sample questions. The scenarios and their corresponding questions are just like the real thing, so get familiar with them.
