May 6, 2005 · I am busting some 1989 donruss and 1987 topps rack cases and most of the cards are coming out extremely clean except for most have fuzzy or mildly rough cut edges which is common for these issues. Will all the centered ones with sharp sharp corners get 9s and 10s even with the edge issues or do they really crack down on that?
