The questline begins at the spawn of the Crimson Isle where Elle is being attacked by 3 Blazes which the player must kill. Elle will then ask the player to bring her: 4x Magma Chunk - Dropped from Magma Cubes in the ⏣ Crimson Fields. 3x Blaze Ashes - Dropped from regular Blazes in multiple rooms within the ⏣ Stronghold.
Elle is an NPC on the ⏣ Crimson Isle. She acts as a guide, and helps explain the new systems, factions and mobs there. The Starter Quest requires the player to bring her Magma Chunk, Blaze Ashes and Spectre Dust. After the player does this, Elle will start leaving the Stronghold.

Aug 22, 2022 · Ok, so I have the magma chunks for the quest. I need to join the barbarian faction. How to you get spectre dust and blaze ashes? {and where?} kill the blazes and wither specters, both are in the starting area, one up the left stairs, one up the right stairs.
Blaze Ashes is an UNCOMMON item dropped by Blazes in the ⏣ Crimson Isle. Blaze Ashes have a 20% chance to drop from Blazes in the Crimson Isle. 3x Blaze Ashes are required to complete Elle's quest in the Stronghold.
