Quick and Easy Captain America Shield. By CPTRex in Craft Costumes & Cosplay. 154. Save PDF. Favorite. You will learn how to make a quick and easy shield that Captain America uses. It will be entertaining, and you can show it off. You can display it or even wear it in this design.
- 1. First, You are going to want to draw a Outline of a star in the middle of the plate on the side where you wouldn't eat, with your Black marker.
- 2. Then you are going to draw circle connecting all of the points of the star together.
- 3. In that space of the circle that doesn't have the star you will color that in with your blue marker.
- 4. Then with the rest of the space on the outside you will need to draw three even strips of lines going all the way around the circle.
- 5. In strip one you will color it in with red. Make sure you don't go over the lines and that you color everything in.
- 6. In strip two you will just leave this empty. This is the white part of his shield.
- 7. Then on the last one you will make it red.
- 8. Then flip the shield to other side. You also will need to cut two 8 inch pieces of tape and then tape them together.
- 9. Next take the combined tape and tape them to the shield. This is where your hand will be going through, so make sure it fits.
- 10. So test to make sure your hand can go into it and you can wear it on your arm. If not try making the tape bigger and adjust where it is.
