Traps are not buffed by attack/cast speed. They are buffed by Trap nodes that improve Laying speed. For damage, if they do elemental damage, then elemental nodes of the right type work (Fire damage for Fire trap, etc.). Also, Spell Damage boosts them except for Bear Trap.
