    Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
    From the left pane, hover over your team, click the More icon and clickManage team. You can also reach here by clicking Settingsunder User profile.
    Click the Memberstab. You can see the list of members with their roles mentioned above them.
    Click on any user select the desired role from the drop-down menu in the right corner.
    Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
    From the left pane, hover over the team to which you want to add users to, click the More icon and click Manage team. You can also reach here by clicking Settings under User profile.
    Select the Members tab and click Add members.
    Enter the email address of the users you want to invite and click Invite. These users will be sent an invitation email and will be added to the team once they've accepted the invite.
    Login to Zoho TeamInbox.

    Select the Rulestab. You can see a list of the rules created for the team.

Select Inbox from the drop-down. Select Team as the inbox type, enter a name for the inbox and add a description. Select the team under which you want to create the inbox.
