Jul 4, 2024 · Requesting transcripts and certificates. The IB provides an official transcript of grades for the Diploma Programme (DP). It is an official copy of an IB candidate’s results. Transcripts can be sent directly to an institute of higher education, such as a university. These documents are not sent to students or other organisations.
- Submit your application (see below) for official documents in the usual way, ticking the boxes on the application form for the documents you require to be uploaded.
- Write WES on your form, in the address box on the second page (Section 10)
- Supply your WES reference number or WES Form.
- Pay the standard administrative fee for the document(s) to be uploaded.
