Get the skill to 100 and use the Legendary Feature to reset it back to 15. This refunds the perks back to you. At the end of the Dragonborn DLC, you can trade Dragon Souls to recover your perks from a skill tree.

As you level up in Cyberpunk 2077, you'll likely be upgrading V's perks along the way, including their attributes and perks. This section of the guide will teach you how to reset perks in Cyberpunk 2077. It has also been updated for Cyberpunk 2.0 and the Phantom Liberty expansion.
When you look at V's perks, it's comprised of two main categories: Attributes and Perks. Attributes are the main categories you'll invest points in when you level up or complete specific missions.
It's worth noting that you can only reset Attribute Points for free once in Cyberpunk 2077. This can be done from the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, with the 'Reset Attributes' button.
Thankfully, you can reset your Perks. These are the sub-categories within each Attribute that you can level up such as Athletics, Crafting, Quickhacking, etc.
In order to reset your Perk Points, you only need to hover over the chosen Perk and press the button listed in the box to refund it. This happens at no cost to you, so you can do it as often as you like!
