To manage a secondary or additional email account, you need to sign in to My Virgin Media using the email address and password of the secondary account (instead of signing in to the primary account to manage things). Each additional account should have its own unique email and password.

Sign into the account here: https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media using the email address concerned and the current password. Once logged in click on Account Settings then Account details.

If you try these steps it should help generate a new password and allow access: Sign in to My Virgin Media; Go to Account settings, then Account details; Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
