- Joining a live Kahoot! game: new mobile app or kahoot.it?
- Go to kahoot.it. Enter the pin displayed on the host's screen.
- Think of a nickname. Enter it into the box. Make sure your host is okay with the nickname you choose — some hosts, especially teachers, prefer everyone to use their real names.
- Change your avatar if you don't like it. Wait until the game starts before continuing on to the next step.
- Select the answer that you think is correct. The faster you answer, the more points you'll get if you're correct! Make sure to read the question and answers fully, though, or you may select the wrong one and end up with no points.
