You can do something like: /setblock 272 63 -35 furnace[facing=east,lit=true] And it'll stay lit as long as it doesn't receive any block update. One catch, if you do this on an existing furnace to update the block states, it will remove any inventory currently in the furnace.
The lit furnace can be obtained in Java Edition only with commands such as /give @s minecraft:furnace{BlockStateTag:{lit:"true"}}, although it does not appear lit in the inventory. In Bedrock Edition , the lit furnace block can be obtained only by inventory editing.
/give @s Minecraft:furnace{BlockStateTag:{lit:"True"}} gives a lit furnace, I assume substituting furnace for blast_furnace would work the same /give @s Minecraft:blast_furnace{BlockStateTag:{lit:"True"}}
