How do I Obtain a Personal Property Declaration? Declarations are normally mailed by June of each year to businesses of record. If you do not receive a declaration by July 15, please call our office at 782-9830. Our Minden office is located at 1616 8th St. and our Lake Tahoe office is at 150 Hwy 50.
