Screen sharing is enabled by default for most accounts, but can be toggled on or off for certain users or the entire account. If screen sharing is disabled, admins can enable this feature and turn on the ability for hosts to allow meeting participants to share their screen.
To share your screen or content: Click Share Screenlocated in your meeting controls. Select one of these screen share options: Basic: Share your entire desktop, specific application windows, whiteboard, or iPhone/iPadscreen. Hold the Shiftkey (macOS) or the Ctrlkey (Windows) to select more than one application.

To allow participants to share their screens, you'll need to create and start the meeting first. This is not something you can choose beforehand.

Next, if you're using the Windows, Mac, or Linux client, click the "Security" button, then check the "Share Screen" option.
On iPhone, iPad, and Android, you'll need to select the three-dot menu button.
Then tap "Security."
And now, you can toggle on "Share Screen."
Allowing multiple people in a Zoom meeting to share their screens is a simple thing to do as well. Again, you'll need to be in charge of a video meeting in progress, and you must be using the Windows, Mac, or Linux client.

Alternatively, use the Alt+S (Command+Shift+S for Mac) shortcut key on Windows 10. You’ll now be in the “Basic” tab of the share screen options window.
