Absolutely shocking, dad had a funeral plan and passed in November 2023. Both phone numbers are useless (0800 061 2174 & 0800 907 0800) eventually got an answer and they sent out a claim form. We sent to the address - Freepost Customer Care Promis Life, luckily added our address as sender, returned 3 days later.

I sent my claim on Friday. Given the weekend, probably delivered Monday/Tuesday. I received payment on Wednesday. Throughout the process fantastic customer service, really caring following bereavement. So helpful to ease the circumstances. Date of experience: 05 June 2024.
