Jun 13, 2022 · How to add your calendar to an email in Outlook. The first step to sending your calendar to someone outside your organization is to create an email and attach your calendar.
On the Home tab, select New Email. Type your message, then put the cursor where you want to insert the calendar info. Go to Insert > Calendar. If you don't see Calendar on the Insert tab, on the right end of that tab, select More commands, then, under Include, select Calendar.
Tap Accounts > Add Account. Do one of the following: Choose a service: Tap a service—for example, iCloud or Microsoft Exchange—then enter your account information. Add a calendar account: Tap Other, tap Add CalDAV Account, then enter your server and account information.
