- If you've removed a perk, you have to manually place it elsewhere. There is no cheat to add a single perk point in Skyrim. Instead, use the list below or the help command to find the PerkID and use the player.addperk cheat with the number. Just be honest and only add the number you've removed. That is, unless you want an overpowered game.

If you don't care about keeping old perks, gizmo dissolver will remove and destroy the gizmos. If you want to keep old perks, you can level your Sirenic to level 15 and use an equipment separator(requires 115 inv to make) to get both your armor, and gizmos back.

NOTE: For perks with multiple ranks, the perk codes MUST be entered in the -correct- order for the game to display the perks correctly.
CAUTION: It has been noticed that entering the perk codes out of order does weird things to the values. The easiest perk to demonstrate this is with the "Haggling" perk in the Speech tree.
For example, enter the code for Haggling Rank 1
and you will get the normal ~%10 decrease in prices.
However, if you then enter the code for Haggling Rank 3 (instead of Rank 2)
you will get a total decrease of ~%25 in prices instead of the normal ~%20 that you would expect with the legitimate Rank 3.
To add/remove perks, the command is player.addperk perkcode and player.removeperk perkcode. This method works in all versions of Skyrim and there is no functional difference in requiem if you choose to use this method.
Alternatively like others suggested, you can use commands to add the perks directly. Use Help followed by the perk name to find the perk ID. If the perk name has a space in it, write the name between " " marks. Then just use Player.AddPerk with the ID on the end to add it.
