  3. For your personal email, are you using https://outlook.live.com/ to login to your account. For your school account, you should use https://outlook.office.com/ . Because your school account uses a different url, it is not necessary to logout of your personal account.

  7. You can access your email by clicking on the 'Mail' tile in the portal. You can also login directly at the web address https://portal.office.com using your University email address and network password.
