Games that support achievements will have you log into a (local) ingame profile when you start the game. You will then have the option to link that profile to your forum account. As you unlock the achievements your new point total will appear in your paradox forum profile. both.

Achievements you get for playing the paradox sanctioned version of the game. Following your logic why not allow console commands and achievements? Many people including me like vanilla because it's vanilla, it's the version everyone else is playing, it's the standard, if I could mod out anything inconvenient where would I stop?
Most paradox games have really specific achievements or ultra hard ones, so usually I only have the ones that you get by playing the game normally
Choose some mods as "Approved" and allow them to be achievement compatible -if it's possible : r/paradoxplaza. I actually liked that Paradox achievements can't be achieved with cheating either through console or modding, they feel like real accomplishments this way.
Sep 20, 2018 · Go to the achievements page IN GAME and click on the first of the five empty boxes under chapter 1. There are five hints. Go to the movie and see what symbols go with the five hints, then put them in that order in the spinners.
