Place a container under the valve to catch the oil. Use a wrench to open the valve slightly. Turn on the furnace and watch the oil coming out of the valve.

  7. Find the bleeder valve. Attach a short piece of 1/4″ nylon tubing to the valve. Open value a half turn. Turn the furnace back on. Press the reset button. Bleed line until there is a steady stream of fuel. Retighten the bleeder value. At this pint, your furnace should restart and run without a problem.
