Jan 24, 2023 · Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) allows you to reset your password if you've forgotten it or need to unlock your account without visiting the IT Service Desk. This means you can quickly get back into your account any time of day or night, from wherever you are.
You can reset your password by visiting www.coventry.ac.uk/renewpassword and following the onscreen instructions. This will change your password on all these services: All Coventry University Group Windows and Macintosh machines. RemoteAnywhere. Student Portals. Office 365. Aula.

Students can trigger a password reset by clicking Forgotten Sparx login details? This will notify their class teacher(s) that they need their password reset, and you can do this by clicking the link in your email.
The only way to reset your University password is via the IT Account Manager at https://iam.manchester.ac.uk. When you have signed in, click the Passwords tab. Click Update in the row that contains University Password and follow the instructions on the page.
If you are on campus you can change your password by logging onto any UWL Windows PC and pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del on the keyboard. Or, once you are registered for online password resets, you can change your passwords off-campus by visiting our password reset page.
