In the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, this spell is purple in colour, as opposed to white in the film adaptation. In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 , Harry uses Sectumsempra on Malfoy only to find out the spell has, apparently, painlessly sliced him in half.
