There's not much lore in SFII for every character, but in the SFIV trailer that shows what happened after SFII Cammy was shown working together with Chun, Guile, Ryu and Ken to defeat Bison. That and I'm pretty sure that canonically she did learn about her past in SFII, which is what her ending in that game is about.
