How long does it take for a decision to be made on my application?
1. We aim to process decisions as quickly as possible and will let you know if there's likely to be a lengthy delay. When we've made our decision, we send this electronically to UCAS and you'll be able to view it on your UCAS Hub page. We'll also send you an email. 1. If you have not used all 5 choices and have not yet accepted any offers you will be able to add additional choices to your application using UCAS Hub or by contacting UCAS Customer Services. If you have used all 5 choices and have either not received any offers or have declined any offers received you will be eligible to enter an application to Sheffield through UCAS Extra, which starts at the end of February until the end of June. 1. It is possible in exceptional circumstances to change your course once you have started at Sheffield. You should speak with your department directly if you would like to do this.
Can I transfer credits/modules from another university/institution?

How should I send my supporting documents to you?
1. If we've requested additional information or documents from you, the details of where you should send these will be indicated in our original request. If you want to submit evidence of extenuating circumstances or ongoing medical issues, please do so through our Disrupted Studies scheme. All other documents, including copies of your qualifications documents, can be sent directly to the Admissions Service by either post or email to study@sheffield.ac.uk.

1. Yes. We have an English Language Teaching Centre(ELTC) which offers many different English language courses that you can take.
