Once inside, members and advance-ticket buyers may proceed directly into the museum galleries after having their tickets scanned.

Café Rebay (open Monday–Friday, 11 am–4 pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 11 am–5 pm) serves pastries and chocolates, fresh sandwiches and salads, as well as Lavazza coffee, tea, wine, and beer. The Wright restaurant is temporarily closed; outside food and drink are not permitted, except personal water bottles.
