He does not consider capabilities at all. E.g. the sludge villain, Bakugo being kidnapped. These are clearly situations that Deku doesn’t have the ability to handle, but yet he does it anyway. A lot of people have stated that this is due to Deku’s low self-worth of his own life due to being bullied, but I strongly disagree.
