- In particular, her kit shines when paired with Raiden, but other Electro characters can still benefit from her Energy generation and strong Attack buff. Her Burst is also capable of delivering substantial AOE Electro damage along with her usual buff, which harmonizes well with Yae Miko's kit.

The thing I noticed is that Raiden seems the perfect fit for Yae, for multiple reasons (aside from the obvious they are both electro and Raiden's Skill will increase even further Yae's Burst DMG): -Yae has 90 energy cost on her Burst; -Raiden's Skill has 100% uptime, which will make it easier to always have the CD decrease through Skill DMG;
The duo are darn right canon, lore-wise and gameplay-wise, but Yae may not need raiden to preform well. If the concern is about battering her burst, then please be aware: Fischl and EMC still work really well, it's just that raiden may give you the luxury to swap in and out less frequently.

Genshin Impact Yae Miko Build Guide - Best Weapons, Artifacts, and Teams
By Cedric Pabriga, Triforce, Jen Rothery, +26 more
Yae Miko is a 5-star Electro Catalyst character who has been part of Genshin Impact since Version 2.5 during the Traveler's journey through Inazuma. Miko without constellations is often compared to Fischl, when in reality, Miko and Fischl are often played together. Both excel in off-field "turret" damage, but as a 5-star unit, Miko has an exceptionally powerful Burst, whereas Fischl can only resummon Oz, her source of off-field damage. This guide to the best Genshin Impact Yae Miko build will explain the best weapons, artifact sets, constellations, and team compositions for Miko.
Table of Contents:
•How to Get Yae Miko
Yae Miko first debuted on the limited-time banner in patch 2.5, but has since had reruns of her banner and will likely have more in the future. The only option for getting her is to wait and save primogems for her.
•Element: Electro
•Weapon: Catalyst
•Rarity: 5-star
Miko is an off-field DPS who demands more field time than typical off-field units. When using her Elemental Burst every rotation and keeping her fox spirit turrets up, Yae Miko approaches the field time of an on-field DPS. This is mainly because Miko needs to use her skill three consecutive times for maximum power, then after Bursting, use them three additional times. Each instance of three uses takes a total of about two seconds.
When you add in character swapping, Burst animations, and downtime mid-combat (such as getting hit), she takes 6-8 seconds on-field per rotation (a rotation is a series of Normal Attack, Skill, Burst, and character swap inputs in a particular order within a certain span of time, often between 20-25 seconds, that can be repeated for maximum DPS output).
Miko can be played in a variety of ways, but since Dendro's release, she is best suited in teams dedicated to Quicken and occasionally Hyperbloom reactions, as the new element gave most Electro characters a sizeable buff.
Your talent-leveling priority should be: Skill >= Burst > Normal Attack.
Miko's Normal Attacks deal Electro damage and apply Electro to an enemy once every three hits or two seconds (whichever occurs first), giving her Normal Attacks "Standard Internal Cooldown (ICD)" for elemental application. All Catalyst-wielders have this effect on their Normal Attacks. Because of this, attacking on-field with Yae Miko can sometimes lead to greater DPS when the Quicken reaction is applied to enemies.
Miko's Skill has three charges, each with a 4-second cooldown. Each use summons a fox totem (i.e. a turret) that periodically hits a random enemy within its range periodically while moving Miko in a certain direction. However, you will only get the most damage out of her skill when you place three totems close to each other (often a triangle formation). Each totem that's connected to another "levels up" the power and damage potential. If you do not Burst every rotation, you'll need to refresh these totems about every 14 seconds.
Miko's Burst deals up to four powerful instances of Electro damage in the forms of enormous lightning bolts: one plus one for each turret that was active as she uses her Burst. When equipping the 4pc Emblem of Severed Fate (a great set for focusing on her Burst damage and a good source of Energy Recharge), a C0 Miko can deal anywhere between 70k and 100k damage per Burst bolt. The totems are consumed at the time of her Burst, meaning you'll need to resummon them.
The biggest drawback, aside from energy requirements, is its long cooldown of 22 seconds. This will typically stretch team rotations to at least 22 seconds, but usually closer to 24 seconds. The longer a team's rotation is, the less a team's DPS is (usually). This means long rotations needs exceptionally strong characters to compensate for time. This is another reason why Bursting every other rotation may be preferable, as without her Burst, rotations can be much shorter.
Next, come her passives. Her first ascension passive resets the cooldown of all instances of her Skill upon using her Burst, so she can redeploy turrets right away before switching off for the next character. This is a surprisingly essential ascension passive.
5-Star constellations are expensive and rare, so it is only recommended to use primogems for them if they're your favorite character. Once she has all 6 constellations, Miko's damage potential doubles.
Miko mainly cares about CRIT, ATK, EM, and whe Bursting every rotation, Energy Recharge. While not all weapons are listed, keep in mind as a rule of thumb that many 5-star options outperform all 4-star options on most characters as long as you keep the stats each character appreciates in mind.
•Sands: Elemental Mastery / ATK% / Energy Recharge (based on build needs)
•Goblet: Electro DMG%
•Circlet: CRIT
There is no single 4pc artifact set that is universally best for Miko. Often, the easiest choice is a 2pc Electro DMG% set (Thundering Fury) paired with any 2pc ATK% set.
However, if you have better substats you can use 4pc Emblem of Severed Fate if Miko Bursts every rotation, or 4pc Gilded Dreams if you only plan to use her in Dendro teams.
Because of this, no table is needed to show priorities.
Yae Miko is so flexible that she works in almost any team you can throw her in, but here are some of her most effective options.
These teams took Miko from an B-tier character to an A-tier character the moment the Dendro element was introduced. This team also maximizes Fischl's damage potential, who also doubles as an excellent battery for Miko and allows Miko to Burst every rotation.
Anemo characters wielding 4pc Viridescent Venerer can reduce enemy Electro resistance, which further amplifies Electro damage. If using two Dendro characters, the flex slot can be dedicated towards a healer, on-field DPS, or whatever else your team needs. Just make sure your Dendro character can help sustain Quicken on enemies if you're only using one.
Taser teams focus on the sheer amount of instances of minor Electro-Charged damage to melt an enemy's HP bar. This strategy has existed since Genshin Impact's launch and is one of the most free-to-play friendly teams to build.
Typically how the team works is you have a defensive unit, two or more characters that synergize with Normal Attacks, and then character who attacks quickly or deals the most damage when that DPS is using Normal Attacks. An Anemo character equipping 4pc Viridescent Venerer can reduce the resistances of both Hydro and Electro simultaneously, as when an enemy is Electro-Charged, both Electro and Hydro stay applied to the enemy.

Her ascension stat being crit rate makes her artifacts lean toward crit damage which is generally easier to get than crit rate. Overall, Miko is looking to be a powerful DPS with her own identity and seems to be the key to resolving MHY's biggest failure: Raiden+Beidou duo.

In general, Raiden pairs well with Yae in that she reduces her ER requirements and is able to potentially allow Yae to burst every rotation with minimal drawback.
