    • Apfelstrudel. The Apfelstrudel is a classic and one of the best-known pastries in the country. The Apfelstrudel features a super thin and crisp pastry, which is much like filo.
    • Wiener Schnitzel. The Wiener Schnitzel is one of the most famous dishes in Vienna and was traditionally made using veal. However, the Schnitzel is made today using chicken, pork, and even turkey meat.
