  5. The Loggia is an beautiful example of Romanesque Treviso, influenced here by Byzantine architecture. The loggia was decorated with frescoes in two stages and the layers of plaster are now mostly overlaid. The first decoration was probably made between 1276 and 1277.

These were overlaid by later frescoes in the 1300s, of which some remain. The loggia is still used for public events, and is one of the most photographed attractions in Treviso.
