The cheapest subscriptions aren't available on Fiber, not because they can't, just because they won't. I would say you can go for Mobile Vikings or EDPnet but those don't have TV I think and are also Proximus. 4
It's still the Proximus network, seeing as they are daughter companies of Proximus, but customer service and billing are handled differently. No need to pay Proximus' extortionate prices. I used to have Proximus Internet Maxi, which was €49,99 a month back then.
