Reservations are taken only for parties of 6 or more. Usually can get right in, but there is a fantastic bar next door where you can have a cocktail. The do some pretty fantastic drinks and have a beer and wine menu to die for (don't expect to get a Bud Light). Monday at 7ish. 3 hour wait.
Mar 5, 2016 · Pizzeria Bianco was the fifth of six pizzerias we tried on a recent trip to Phoenix area*. We went to the Adams St location at 1:00 on a Tuesday and were told we’d have a 90 min wait. Whether because we sat on a park bench in direct line of sight from hostess or because many in line before us bailed out, we were texted for table after approx 30 min.

During your wait, they direct you over to the next door Bar Bianco where you can spend top dollar on very low to average quality wine ($16+/glass) for wines that wholesale for around $10-15. The popularity of the pizzeria alone and the long wait is singlehandedly keeping Bar Bianco afloat.
